3. Oversee end-to-end implementation of supply chain technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget constraints, and timeline commitments.
4. Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to proactively identify areas for enhancement in supply chain systems and service delivery.
6. Champion digital transformation efforts within the supply chain domain, introducing innovative tools and platforms to improve visibility, agility, and responsiveness.
7. Deliver strategic operational insights to inform the design and development of supply chain software solutions tailored to FMCG dynamics.
8. Define project scope, objectives, and stakeholder roles, ensuring clarity and alignment across all phases of project execution.
9. Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure timely and efficient execution.
10. Establish and oversee budget frameworks, including cost forecasting and variance tracking, to ensure financial discipline and on-budget delivery.
11 Track project performance and generate regular status reports, providing actionable updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders.
12. Identify and mitigate supply chain operational risks, leveraging technology-driven strategies to ensure resilience and continuity.
13. Ensure cross-functional team alignment with business priorities and timelines, particularly across geographically dispersed operations.
14. Implement governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews and steering committee meetings to monitor progress, escalate issues, and validate milestone achievements.
15. Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and WMS enhancements, automation projects, and process optimization efforts
16 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards, integrating best practices across supply chain operations
17. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, supporting transparency, and continuous improvement
18. Prepare executive-level reporting materials and actively contribute to steering committee discussions, driving strategic alignment and decision-making.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-9 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in project management or supply chain roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, S&OP, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital supply chain transformation, with hands-on experience leading technology-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project; intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver supply chain projects in FMCG or consumer goods environments.
- Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of clearly presenting and explaining complex issues
- Familiarity with project management tools and supply chain systems, such as SAP ECC, Oracle, Kinaxis, Jira, Planview, Power BI, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional planning, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities, with a focus on execution excellence.
