Role Overview:

This role is with one of our clients based in Bangalore.

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Specialist to join our Bangalore team, responsible for designing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to leadership, collaborating closely with HR business partners, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure our reward structures remain competitive and aligned with market trends. Your work will directly influence employee engagement and organizational performance by ensuring that our value proposition is both equitable and transparent, ultimately driving long-term business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks, including salary structures and variable pay programs, to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.

- Manage end-to-end insurance operations, overseeing vendor relationships and policy renewals to provide robust health and wellness coverage for our workforce.

- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to identify market shifts, enabling the leadership team to make data-driven decisions regarding talent acquisition and retention.

- Oversee the administration of benefits and rewards programs, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of employee satisfaction through clear communication and efficient process management.

- Partner with finance and legal stakeholders to ensure all reward programs remain compliant with local labor laws and internal budgetary guidelines.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex compensation and benefits portfolios, with a deep understanding of market pricing methodologies and job evaluation techniques.

- Proven ability to navigate insurance operations, including claims management and vendor negotiations, to optimize plan performance and cost-efficiency.

- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights for senior management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate intricate reward policies clearly to diverse stakeholders and resolve employee queries with empathy and professionalism.

- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a track record of thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines.
