
Position: Senior Manager - Talent Development & Organization Development
Role:
- The individual will play a critical role within the People Capability and Strategy COE, responsible for designing, driving, and scaling enterprise-wide talent initiatives that enable career growth, organizational effectiveness, and strong employee value proposition.
- This role will lead the design and implementation of integrated talent strategies and high-impact programs that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute towards design, implementation, and continuous evolution of firm's talent development and organization development strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Translate enterprise talent priorities into scalable, measurable, and impactful programs.
- Lead the development of frameworks and interventions that strengthen career agility, internal mobility, and role clarity across the organization.
- Own and drive end-to-end design, governance, and execution strategic talent programs around careers and performance management
- Lead the creation of frameworks, toolkits, and capability-building interventions to support leaders, counsellors, and employees.
- Activation of EVP through compelling narratives, leader enablement, and employee experience
- Lead change management efforts to ensure sustained adoption and behavioral shift across the organization.
- Manage multiple, complex, enterprise-wide programs simultaneously with strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Learning, Talent Analytics, Technology, and Communications teams to ensure seamless integration and impact.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development, or related HR COE roles within large multinational organizations.
- Strong exposure to career frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Excellent project and program management capability. Individual should be able to manage multiple, complex initiatives in parallel with strong governance, planning, and execution discipline.
