Role Overview:

The Senior Manager/Director for Government Healthcare Consulting will lead high-impact engagements focused on the modernization of public health infrastructure and policy implementation. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior government officials, navigating the complexities of the public sector to design and execute healthcare interventions. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing large-scale project delivery, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the health ecosystem. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in India by bridging the gap between policy intent and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale healthcare transformation projects for government clients, ensuring that project milestones are met within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Develop comprehensive proposals and lead business development efforts to expand the firm's footprint within the public healthcare sector.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including senior bureaucrats and policy makers, to ensure alignment on project objectives and policy implementation.

- Provide strategic advisory on healthcare policy, digital health initiatives, and public-private partnerships to improve the efficiency of government health programs.

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial diagnostic assessments to the implementation of scalable solutions and performance monitoring.

- Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and professional excellence in a client-facing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate the government ecosystem, with a deep understanding of public policy, healthcare regulations, and the functioning of public sector institutions.
