Role Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will join our Performance Improvement team and contribute to diagnosing operational inefficiencies, designing solu t ions, and implementing transformation programs to drive Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose client challenges and identify performance improvement opportunities across the supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing.

- Design and implement solutions that align with client objectives, leveraging industry best practices, digital tools, and analytics.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional client teams to execute operational excellence programs.

- Support development of operating models, network strategy, process redesign, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients.

- Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and knowledge-building initiatives within the firm.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA from Tier-1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc.) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
