Role: Senior Consultant (SC) Manufacturing, Maintenance & Supply Chain Excellence

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2+ years

Qualification - MBA from Tier 1 college

Role: Drive end-to-end operations transformation across manufacturing and supply chain with a focus on throughput improvement, asset reliability, and planning effectiveness. The role involves diagnosing performance gaps, designing Lean Six Sigma-led interventions, and partnering with plant and supply chain leadership to deliver measurable improvements in OEE, service levels, inventory, and cost.

Core Competencies Required:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain operations

- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma-led throughput and productivity improvement

- Knowledge of production planning, detailed scheduling, and shop-floor execution

- Understanding of supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP linkage

- Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability frameworks

- Structured problem solving and data-driven decision making

- Stakeholder management and change leadership in plant and supply chain environments

- Familiarity with CMMS, TPM, and planning/digital tools (e.g., APS/IBP) preferred

- Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Experience & Exposure:

- 2+ years in operations or supply chain consulting and/or plant leadership roles

- Demonstrated impact in OEE improvement, debottlenecking, service level improvement, or inventory reduction

- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments (process or discrete)

- Prior consulting experience with reputed operations consulting firms preferred

- Industry exposure to sectors such as Automotive, Cement, Metals, Industrials, or Heavy Engineering
