EY is looking for a suitable member for our team in Strategy practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team which assist businesses in setting strategic goals and identifying the steps to meet them, analyse industry dynamics such as market size, growth, and share of leading competitors, identify the business unique competitive advantage and help create alignment among all business units and functions to support and enhance this positioning. Team offers clients with Business Model Reinvention, NewMarket Entry Opportunities and Digital Strategy and Innovation.
Your key responsibilities
- Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of commercial due diligence (CDD), strategy and market feasibility studies for private equity clients and corporates
- Working on operations transformation programs focussed on revenue and cost transformation
- Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, and business analytics
- Define key tasks and activities to meet the objectives and scope of engagements and client deliverables in consultation with Managers
- Support business development and proposal preparation in key sectors and across the broader EY Parthenon organization
- Develop business plans and financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment evaluations
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience in CDD engagements, particularly within healthcare and hospital ecosystem
- Exposure to medical devices sector and hospital operations will be an advantage
- Experience in revenue and cost transformation initiatives, especially in hospital or healthcare
To qualify for the role you must have
- MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment.
- Preferred: 2-4 years of professional experience (post MBA) with strategic exposure on transaction
Ideally, you'll also have
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
