JD for People Advisory Services - GPA Role : Senior Consultant 1. 8 + years of experience post MBA in consulting organizations or 10 + years of post-MBA experience from non-consulting organizations. Core HR experience is a must. Key attributes: a. Inclination to work for Government & Public Services clients. This has to be clearly spelt out to the candidate b. Good communication skills and confidence to conduct discussions with senior stakeholders c. Ability to articulate and present thoughts/ information in a logical manner d. Ability to lead teams as well as work as an individual contributor as and when required e. Understanding of key business aspects like revenue, profitability, business planning f. Inclination to both Sales and delivery. This is not going to be a pure delivery role. This role will have P&L to build and manage g. Available for travel within the country and outside as per requirement for both short stints as well as medium duration like 2-3 weeks at a stretch. Work from Home will not be possible for this role h. Understanding of leading practices in HR and solutions like HR technology, Change Management, Project Management techniques
