The role:
The client facing role will focus on assisting in sales and delivery of CPR solutions across strategy design, sales acceleration and cost transformation. He/She will assist in sales and delivery of these CPR solutions, build Thought Leadership and establish EY's leadership in the sector.
Your key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for sales and engagement delivery for the India market.
- Client service delivery/execution
- Client stakeholder management at a CXO level
- Manage delivery quality, project resources (Consultant & below) and team utilization
- Design cutting edge solutions that unlocks value for clients across the value chain
- Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
- Design new client solutions to enable practise growth
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise - People Management
- Be a strong team player
- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach
- Assist in resolving people issues
- Support people development through guidance and feedback
- Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies
- Contribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence

To qualify for the role you must have:
- MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background
- 2-4 years of relevant post MBA experience of working in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Internet or relevant Consulting background
- Industry experience : FMCG, Retail, Consumer Internet or relevant Consulting experience
- Domain expertise : Sales and/or Sales Development, Supply chain planning/Procurement/Logistics, Sales Force effectiveness, Business development, Market assessments, Market assessment, Strategy and Business planning
