Desired Education Qualification: Master's/M.Sc./M.Tech in Textiles domain; Candidates with PhD/MPhil shall be preferred Role Description: - Should assist in assessing the Research Proposals from Research Institutes/Bodies under Research and Development Component of NTTM - Should engage in coordination and facilitation in organizing Committee meeting for R&D - Should engage in coordination with Research Bodies/Institutes during the course of Project proposals under NTTM - Should assist the Mission Directorate by looking after the research, innovation, patents, standardization issues of the Mission - Should involve in proposing and inspecting novel, scientifically rigorous research ideas in Technical Textiles - Should engage in coordination for wider participation of Research Organisations, Textile Research Associations, l!Ts, and other premier engineering institutes for attracting high-value strategic research projects in technical textiles domain - Should assist in other activities as suggested by the officials of Ministry of Textiles
