1. Project Mobilization - Project charter, scope definition, objectives, and success measures. Stakeholder map, communication plan, and delivery roadmap.

2. Detailed Integrated Plan - End to end project plan with timelines, resources, dependencies, and critical path. Aligned workstream plans (planning, demand, supply, data, logistics, tech).

3. Governance & Reporting - RAID log, governance calendar, SteerCo decks, and weekly status reports. KPI dashboards, benefits tracking, and progress visibility.

4. Execution & Coordination - Day to day orchestration across cross functional stakeholders. Managing workstream deliverables, integrations, pilots, and deployments. Ensuring alignment across tech, data, operations, manufacturing, and logistics.

5. Risk & Issue Management - Early identification of risks/issues, mitigation planning, and escalation management.

6. Change & Readiness - Coordination of change, comms, training, and business readiness activities. Tracking adoption, readiness KPIs, and supporting hyper care.

7. Vendor & Resource Management - Coordination with technology vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Tracking hours, SOW compliance, and resource forecasts.

8. Handover & Sustainability - Operating guides, run state governance, and post deployment support. Ensuring smooth transition to BAU and benefits realization.

Skills Required:

1. Core Project Management - Strong planning, scheduling, scoping, and milestone management. Skilled in RAID management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking. Experience running large, complex, multi stream programs.

2. Stakeholder & Leadership Management - Ability to manage senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Tech, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance. Confident communicator, able to influence and drive decisions in a global matrix environment. Skilled in preparing SteerCo updates and facilitating governance forums.

3. Supply Chain & Digital Fluency - Understanding of supply chain processes (planning, demand/supply, logistics, scheduling, inventory). Comfortable with digital and system heavy programs (e.g., OMP, advanced planning, analytics, integrations). Experience with data driven decision making and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.).

4. Process Excellence & Problem Solving - Ability to baseline current state, identify inefficiencies, and define improvements. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and scenario evaluation.

5. Communication, Change & Collaboration - Skilled at presenting complex information clearly. Supports change, readiness, and engagement activities. Able to run workshops, align cross functional teams, and coordinate vendors.

6. Adaptability & Leadership - Handles ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast moving transformation environments. Leads teams with clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
