Role: Project Management Expert
Location: Lucknow
Key Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring & Implementation: Monitor government projects, schemes, and investment promotion initiatives. Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Analyze existing processes and recommend optimization strategies. Develop SOPs and streamlined workflows aligned with best practices.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and technical documentation. Support preparation of policy briefs, progress reports, and review notes.
- Regulatory & Technical Advisory: Provide regulatory and technical support in food safety, pharmaceuticals, drugs, and medical devices. Support investment facilitation through regulatory guidance and compliance advisory.
- Project Appraisal & Clearances: Assist in project evaluation, feasibility assessment, and approvals. Draft SOPs, technical documents, and regulatory submissions.
- Policy & Reform Support: Conduct policy analysis and benchmarking studies. Support Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) initiatives and regulatory reforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with laboratories, enforcement agencies, industry stakeholders, and investors. Facilitate consultations, meetings, and inter-departmental coordination.
Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification: M. Pharma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory frameworks in pharma, drugs, or medical devices, investment promotion / EoDB / policy support (preferred)
