Position: PPP Expert
Location: Lucknow
Role Objective: Lead PPP structuring and transaction support for infrastructure and industrial park initiatives, ensuring bankable project development and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure PPP opportunities for industrial parks, estates, and infrastructure projects.
- Support DPR preparation, bid process management, concession structuring, and transaction advisory.
- Assess legal, financial, and regulatory considerations including risk allocation and bankability.
- Prepare project notes, bid documents, and stakeholder presentations for decision-making forums.
- Coordinate with client departments, advisors, and private sector partners through the transaction lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent qualification relevant to the role.
- 10 Years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in PPP structuring, transaction advisory, industrial infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Experience in project related to development of industrial parks/estates in PPP preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of PPPs across sectors.
- Experience with report preparation, bid process management, and risk-sharing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Key Deliverables:
- Identification of projects to be undertaken on PPP mode.
- Coordination with GoI for viability gap funding (VGF), IIPDF assistance.
- Risk analysis and concession framework analysis.
- PPP concept notes and structuring recommendations.
- Bid process and stakeholder coordination outputs.
