
Job Description:
EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Advisory practice is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Program Management Unit (PMU) engagement. The role demands proven leadership in managing large-scale transformation projects for government and public sector clients, with strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory/policy advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Lead a cross-functional PMU team to deliver end-to-end program management support.
b) Oversee policy advisory, program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and transformation initiatives.
c) Drive governance reforms, digital transformation, and process improvements across multiple departments.
d) Ensure timely delivery of reports, KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
e) Manage senior client relationships and act as the single point of contact for program oversight.
f) Added Advantage: Experience in environment, climate change, or sustainability domains (such as pollution management, environmental governance, or climate adaptation projects).
Requirements:
a) Postgraduate in Environmental Management / Sciences / Engineering / MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute.
b) Minimum 10 years' experience with significant exposure to public sector/government consulting.
c) Preferred Big 4 or equivalent top-tier consulting experience.
d) Expertise in program management, regulatory reforms, governance transformation, and digital enablement.
e) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
