The opportunity: Market Risk or Counterparty Credit Risk - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM- Bangalore Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner. Your key responsibilities: - Good understanding of Market Risk metrices - VaR, ES or Credit Risk metrices - PD, EAD, LGD, PFE, EPE etc. - Control testing and assurance related experience within Market risk/Counterparty credit risk domain would be a big plus. (2LoD or 3LoD capacity) - A good understanding of Market risk/Counterparty credit risk processes and financial instruments /products. - Proven track record of successful involvement with change management programs and excellent communication skills - Creative approach to problem solving and ability to navigate in complex matrix environment with focus and execution. To qualify for the role, you must have: - 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience - CA / MBA in Finance or Masters in similar and relevant field - FRM/CQF/CFA certification would be a plus Skills and attributes: In addition to technical competence, what will set you up for success at EY is your ability to: - Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills. - Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team. - Project management skills. - Willingness and ability to travel and work abroad for international projects.
