- We're looking for a Manager with expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) preferably from India practice, (M&A) transactions experience to join TD team. - Experience in one or more of the Financial Services sub-sectors - is preferred. - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements which are complex and EY client critical - Analyzing financial/operational results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management - Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information Education - CA or MBA in Finance from a premier institute
