Work experience

- 7+ years of experience in consulting, education, or related fields.

- Experience in higher education/technical education

- Proven track record of leading Consulting projects with measurable outcomes

- Experience of independently leading and managing small/mid-size teams with limited guidance of senior professional

- Experience of working with state and central govt. education departments and agencies

- Strong strategic and operational thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Ability to think from the client's perspective, ability to create client ready outputs

- Familiarity with education policies and guidelines by key education agencies such as NEP

- Ability to leverage connects with state education depts., central ministries, autonomous bodies to identify and establish needs translating into tangible consulting opportunities

Domain knowledge: understanding and experience of working in Higher Education/Technical Education with understanding of relevant schemes/programs under Education.
