EY - IT/Technical Project Manager

Skills Required:

Must Have:

1. 5-9+ yrs. of experience in handling large-scale Software development or deployment projects or programs (preferably in an IT Services/Consulting firm)

2. Experience in SCM/Finance/ Digital Analytics/ Transformation/ Change Management/ Master Data Management projects

3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

4. Knowledge of SDLC

5. Extensive experience in Project / Program Planning, Co-ordination Risk management, Stakeholder Management, Communication Management

6. Excellent presentation and communication skills

7. Experience working with global stakeholders and good influencing, and negotiation skills

8. Tools- Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Plan view, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps, (or any similar tool)

9. Experience in retail/FMCG industry projects - GTM, e-B2B

Good to have:

1. Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred

2. Experience in operations (inventory, logistics, procurement, planning, SCM finance, supplier management, S&OP, Demand Plan, Supply Plan Integrations, Data Lake Understanding)

3. Other experiences/Background like EHS-(Environment, health safety),DMS implementation-(Distribution management), Salesforce SFA/TPM solution system domain, Service Now implementation

4. Certification- PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM certification

5. Notice period- Early/immediate joiners are preferred
