Job Summary :   Information Security Consultant GRC Archer  Essential Functions of the Job :   - Collecting and understanding business requirements needed for successful GRC implementations  - Design, Implementation / support program management  - Experience with Archer tool and enterprise risk module.  Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:   - Excellent Verbal and written communication skill.   - Strong analytical/problem solving skills.  - Should independently manage the assigned project/engagement with minimal oversight/guidance from the manager  - Minimum 6 years of overall Security Industry experience with 3 years of experience in GRC.  Qualification : UG - B.Tech /B.E. - Any Specialization - Any Specialization  - Ability to perform Presales activities, such as presales calls, RFP responses, Proposals,  - Lead teams in projects, review deliverables, project management  - Should be a good team player.  - Requires project management skills  - Should interface with internal and external clients  - Should prioritize and manage multiple tasks and multiple clients   - Should understand and follow workplace policies and procedures  Knowledge and Skills Requirements :  - Collecting and understanding business requirements needed for successful GRC implementations  - Designing and building processes and technical requirements for GRC implementations  - Assisting with performing technical and competitive analysis of GRC solutions, including performance, debugging and other operational metrics  - Awareness: security industry regulation, regulatory compliance, and international security standards, state, federal, international laws, such as PCI DSS, SOX, COBIT,HIPAA, GLBA, SOA, Basel II, Safe Harbor, and EU Privacy Directives   - Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network and servers), services and security policies  - Maintenance and improvement of Information Security Management System (ISMS)   - Prepare Process documents. Participate in the reviews of Process documents.   - Prepare Security Policies and procedures  - Conducting Configuration Audits for the projects as defined in the plan.  - Experienced in IT support audit for financial audit engagements.  - Knowledge in information security frameworks.  - Experience in information security risk assessments and gap analysis.  - Experience in IT security policies and procedures development.  - Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM desired  - Should have adequate exposure in network security  Other Requirements:   Job involves travel of more than 50%  Job Requirements :  Education : B.
