Job Description:

EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Advisory practice is seeking an ICT/IT Applications & Monitoring Expert to strengthen urban e-governance systems, MIS platforms, and digital monitoring frameworks. The role requires technical expertise in IT/e-governance applications along with consulting skills to drive digital transformation across municipal governance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Design and manage MIS platforms, dashboards, and ICT-based monitoring systems for ULBs and state institutions.

b) Support implementation of e-tendering, online approvals, and digital citizen services.

c) Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned to data governance standards.

d) Provide training and capacity building to ULB staff on ICT applications.

e) Consulting Add-on: Translate technical outputs into executive-ready dashboards, digital strategy reports, and decision-support tools.

Requirements:

a) Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Communication / Electrical Engineering OR MCA/BE/B.Tech.

b) Minimum 5 years' experience in IT/e-governance projects, including 2 years with government/ULBs.

c) Preferred: Big 4/top-tier consulting experience in ICT strategy or e-governance.

d) Strong expertise in software applications, MIS, and ICT monitoring systems.

e) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in digital governance initiatives.
