EY - GIS Expert - Urban Spatial Analytics & Planning - GPS Advisory

Job Description:

EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Advisory practice is seeking a GIS Expert to support urban spatial planning, infrastructure mapping, and geospatial database management. The role demands strong expertise in GIS platforms (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS) and the ability to translate spatial data into actionable insights for urban development and municipal governance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Develop and manage GIS databases, maps, and spatial layers for urban planning projects.

b) Provide geospatial analysis to support city development plans, sanitation, and infrastructure projects.

c) Ensure integration of GIS into DPRs, master plans, and urban monitoring frameworks.

d) Support ULBs with capacity building on GIS tools and data management.

e) Consulting Add-on: Deliver GIS-driven insights in the form of dashboards, visualizations, and policy notes for senior decision-makers.

Requirements:

a) Graduate in Engineering / Geography / Planning / Geoscience with Master's in GIS or related field.

b) Minimum 5 years of relevant GIS and mapping experience.

c) Preferred: Big 4/top-tier consulting experience in GIS

d) Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and spatial analysis tools.

e) Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
