EY GDS - Senior Manager - Financial Transformation - Strategy & Vision

Role & responsibilities :

The Senior Manager will lead large-scale finance transformation engagements for global and regional clients, helping CFOs modernize finance operating models, processes, systems, and capabilities. This role combines strategic advisory, program leadership, and hands-on delivery, while also driving practice growth, developing talent, and strengthening client relationships.

Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs, including:

- Finance operating model design

- Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

- Finance shared services / Global Business Services (GBS)

- Finance digitalization, automation, and analytics

- Lead finance system implementations and enhancements (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine).

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred.

- Professional certification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA).

- 10-15+ years of experience in consulting or industry finance roles, with significant experience in finance transformation.

- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs in a consulting environment.

- Deep knowledge of finance processes and CFO priorities.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Experience managing teams and developing future leaders.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Hands-on experience with ERP and finance technology implementations.

- Experience in multiple industries (e.g., Financial Services, Consumer, Energy, Life Sciences).
