Job Responsibilities : - Manage AP and T&amp;E Functions including Stakeholder relationship management - Ensure the policies and procedures are articulated, circulated and adhered by positively influencing the stakeholders - Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable and T&amp;E functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines. - Manages monthly closing of AP and T&amp;E module including Provision and accrual information to ensure accuracy of financial statements. - Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances relating to AP Transactions - Withholding Taxes, GST, FEMA, ESI/PF and other labour law related compliances. - Manage, Lead and Motivate the team to ensure agreed SLA/KPI are met - Ensure to set up a process for Reconciliation &amp; Confirmations from Vendors at periodical intervals - Manage the Inter-company transactions effectively, educate the requirements for overseas suppliers - Work with tax team optimize the tax incentive/benefits applicable to the company - Work with treasury on cash management and fund-forecasting - Lead &amp; Liaise various Audits pertaining to both Functions (Statutory, Tax, Internal, IFRS etc.) - Recommend and assist in the implementation of improvements as appropriate, to simplify, standardize and streamline existing processes related to accounts payable and Time &amp; Expense Required skills : - Strong Accounts Payable, T&amp;E and Volume Management skills - Strong Transaction compliance background - TDS, GST, DTAA, PF/ESI etc., - Service delivery mind set along with Solution oriented approach - Experience in leading a core finance team is desirable - Very good Excel, Word &amp; Power point skills - Positive attitude and dependable team player - Strong attention to details and a sense of ownership - Ability to prioritize work in order to achieve objectives - Excellent written, verbal and persuasive skills. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and seasonality. Experience : - Chartered Accountant/ICWA/MBA (finance) with 12-15 years of experience in finance function 5 to 7 years of team leading experience - Previous experience in handling large volume AP and T&amp;E transactions. - Experience in domestic taxation - Forex reconciliations - Exposure in working for Global clients and/or multiple entities - Automation experience is an added advantage
