EY GDS - Assistant Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Transaction & Corporate Finance Team

For the role of a Assistant Manager, we are looking for MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CA or ICWA or CPA or CMA or ACCA with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence to be a part of our Transaction & Corporate Finance team. The incumbent should also have experience in Power Bi/ Alteryx/SqL/ Advanced Excel

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.

- Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports that highlight key findings and provide value-added insights to clients.

- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate financial due diligence findings with other aspects of the transaction process.

- Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a learning environment and encouraging career growth.

- Engage directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.

- Support business development initiatives, including market research and proposal development.
