EY GDS - Assistant Director - Financial Due Diligence - Transaction & Corporate Finance Team

For the role of a Assistant Director Manager, we are looking for MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CA or ICWA or CPA or CMA or ACCA with 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence to be a part of our Transaction & Corporate Finance team. The incumbent should also have experience in Power Bi/ Alteryx/SqL/ Advanced Excel

Job Description:

As an Assistant Director in Financial Due Diligence, you will be responsible for managing and executing financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide insights that contribute to their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

- Analyze financial and operational results of target companies to identify trends, challenges, and drivers of historical and future earnings.

- Prepare and review detailed financial due diligence reports, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and debt and debt-like items.

- Coordinate with other service lines such as IT, Cyber and operational due diligence to provide comprehensive transaction advisory services.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities and building industry relationships.
