Role Overview:

As a Finance Expert within the Healthcare practice, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients navigating the complexities of the public health industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate intricate financial data into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex financial modeling engagements to support government healthcare clients in evaluating projects, schemes, budgets and project structuring.

- Conduct rigorous financial analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue optimization strategies for different state and central government clients.

- Develop comprehensive financial planning frameworks that align with the specific regulatory and operational demands of the healthcare sector.

- Partner with client leadership teams to present data-driven recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making and long-term financial stability.

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial models and conducting deep-dive analysis to solve unstructured business problems.

- Proven ability to manage financial planning and forecasting processes within the healthcare domain, including an understanding of industry-specific KPIs.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial narratives to non-financial stakeholders and senior management.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a high-performing Big 4 team environment and manage client expectations.

- A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA, supported by 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or corporate finance.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Delhi NCR, maintaining high standards of productivity and professional integrity.
