Position: Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) Expert / IT Expert
Location: Lucknow
Role Objective: Support the PMU in driving Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) initiatives through regulatory, technical, and process improvements, including digital governance solutions and streamlined investment facilitation mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in regulatory, technical, and business analysis for investment facilitation initiatives.
- Assist in policy analysis and formulation of regulatory reforms to improve Ease of Doing Business (EoDB).
- Support design and implementation of digital initiatives including online systems, dashboards, and process automation tools.
- Coordinate with regulators, laboratories, industry stakeholders, and investors to ensure time-bound approvals and clearances.
- Provide support in digital governance initiatives, including GIS-based tools and data management systems.
- Assist in project appraisal, regulatory clearances, and development of SOPs to streamline processes.
- Support development and management of online documentation, workflows, and single-window clearance systems.
- Work closely with PMU team in monitoring project progress and identifying process inefficiencies.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in economics / public policy / planning / management or MBA / PGDM or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of full-time experience with Central/State Government or its agencies.
- Experience in regulatory reforms, policy/framework development, Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), IT systems, process improvement, project management, or advisory support.
- Understanding of digital governance tools, workflow automation, and government IT platforms is preferred.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
