CA - Disputes Valuations  Job Role :  - Manage and lead projects in dispute cases involving valuation and calculation of business loss, opportunity loss  - Forensic analysis of financial statements, projections, business proposals etc  - Quantification of losses due to frauds   - Review and evaluation of valuation reports submitted by counter parties  Essentials :  - Prefer a Chartered Accountant with excellent academic record and a strong post-graduate specialization in finance  - 3-4 years of experience in Valuation of businesses for M&A transactions, disputes, etc. and Financial Modelling (in Excel)   - Experience in Financial Statement Analysis   - Experience in building financial models on future business plan of companies and working on various valuation methodologies  - Exposure to Bloomberg, Capitaline, EMIS, etc. databases  - Overall understanding of business and industry  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  - Strong team-working skills, ideally from working on intensive projects (e.g. on competition casework or within a consulting environment)   - Excellent communication skills  - Ability to structure and manage projects to tight deadlines  Academic Qualifications :  - Chartered Accountant (preferred), CPA, CFA or MBA Finance from reputed institution
