Job Title (Internal/External) : Director - Enterprise Intelligence & Analytics  Job Location(s) : Mumbai  The IT Advisory Services is a fast-growing service line within our organisation. Enterprise Intelligence & Analytics service line (integral part of ITAS) is a dynamic group focused on advising clients in the area of Information Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics.  Within EI&A, the key EY service offerings for the sub-area of Information Management and Business Intelligence include :  - Information strategy : identifying business information-related needs, architecture, roadmap and implementation plan to improve business performance  - Master data management : defining and implementing required organization, processes and tools to manage reference and master data across lifecycle of data  - Data governance and quality : developing data governance processes, organization, tools, policies and procedures to improve informed business decision-making; assessing data quality and developing remediation plans  - Data integration : providing data integration capabilities required to support finance, supply chain, customer, planning, consolidation, reporting and ERP Engagements   - Business intelligence assessment and roadmap : assessing existing data capabilities, architecture, and current maturity level, relative to leading practices to identify gaps and issues that could be obstacles to improved business intelligence; detailed project planning, risk assessment and management support; creating roadmap and supporting execution  - Business intelligence enablement : gathering requirements and designs for information dissemination layer, implementation of reporting and dash-boarding, training and change management   Job Role :  We are scouting a dynamic individual to lead the Information Management and Business Intelligence charter pan-India for Financial Services Clients. This position is a leadership position within the practice. The individual must have relevant technical expertise, consulting experience, good understanding of the Financial Services market and proven track record of business development.  Overall :   - The role involves - sales / sales support, practice development, engagement delivery, people management, client relationship management and new solution development/enhancement  - Experience of having worked on thought leadership initiatives in form of speaker events, white papers, research work, etc would be an advantage  Sales :   - Would be involved in leading and supporting on-going engagements and up-sell   - Would need to get involved in fresh pursuits   - Should have led pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions, presenting solutions to client and closing business   Engagement Delivery :   - Candidate would have to take on management role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as domain expertise to the teams executing against engagements  - Would also be involved in client management / client expectation management  Capacity building :   - Would need to help plan a hiring strategy and work with HR and others to hire the right people for the right position  Academic Qualifications : BE/MBA from top tier institute  Experience :   - 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Financial Services sector and in the area of Business Intelligence and Information Management  - Proven track record of successful business development and delivery of variety of BI/DW Projects   - Functional Competency: Data Architecture & Strategy, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence Strategy & Roadmap, Business intelligence enablement, Master Data-management, Data Governance & Quality, Data Integration  - Other key competencies: Pre-sales and Consulting, Client relationship management, Project Management and Practice Development
