EY - Data Analyst - Reporting - Urban Governance - GPS Advisory

Job Description

EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Advisory practice is seeking Data Analysts & Reporting Managers to support urban governance, program monitoring, and decision-making systems. The role requires strong expertise in MIS, data analytics, and reporting tools, with the ability to deliver actionable insights for municipal development programs.

Key Responsibilities

a) Design and manage MIS platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for urban governance programs.

b) Conduct data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization for decision-making.

c) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program-related data.

d) Provide evidence-based insights to track policy impact, ULB performance, and reform progress.

e) Consulting Add-on: Develop Power BI/Tableau dashboards, executive-ready reports, and policy briefs to inform senior stakeholders and client leadership.

Requirements

a) BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE) OR MCA / MBA (IT).

b) Minimum 5 years' experience in IT/e-governance/MIS projects with exposure to data/statistical analysis.

c) Preferred: Big 4/top-tier consulting experience in data analytics and reporting for government programs.

d) Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).

e) Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to communicate insights effectively.
