Corporate Treasury - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM - Mumbai

- Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds.

- The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills & experience:

- Lead corporate treasury advisory and transformation engagements for large corporates, NBFCs, insurance companies, and MNCs.

- Design and implement treasury operating models, policies, and governance frameworks.

- Advise clients on cash & liquidity management, working capital optimization, and FX, commodities, and interest rate risk management.

- Drive treasury technology enablement (SAP Treasury, Kyriba, FIS Quantum, in-house solutions), including automation, analytics, and reporting dashboards.

- Support hedge accounting and valuation of financial instruments in line with IFRS 9 / IndAS requirements.

- Develop and implement treasury controls and regulatory compliance frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, FEMA).

- Manage project delivery, including scoping, planning, team leadership, client communication, and stakeholder management.

- Prepare and present treasury transformation proposals and thought leadership to drive new business.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building EY's market-leading treasury consulting capability.

- Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
