Domain: Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics Experience: 2-6 years preferably with MBA in Supply chain Competencies required : - Good understanding of Supply chain knowledge with experience in the areas of Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, and Procurement - SC IT Project Delivery, Project Management expertise preferably using Agile methodology. Understanding of IT delivery cycle - Evidence of leading SCO business solutions as a Product/Solution Owner, Project Manager, SME, or Solution consultant - Cross-functional stakeholder management across multiple teams - Business, IT, Vendor partners, etc. - Experience in supply chain & planning tools is an added benefit - Other skills: Exposure to planning systems and ERPs: SAP APO / SAP ECC. - Value added skills: Good knowledge of analytical tools like R, SQL, Python, Excel Proficiency - What we look for: Business consulting experience, Project management with excellent communication skills, Ability to approach a business problem in a logical/analytical way and propose solutions
