EY - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Project Management

Experience

- Min. of 5 years of experience in managing large end to end IT Projects or programs (portfolio of projects) including project/program planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management & Delivery/Implementation management

- Experience of delivering complex programs in a multi-vendor setup with multiple business partners and stakeholder alignment & management

- Experience of creating & tracking a plan to deliver the program goals focusing on unlocking business value, Raising risks on time and concise and clear communication across stakeholders and teams

- Experience in Data Analytics managing Data Set, Data lakes, warehousing etc.

- Experience of managing dependencies across platform and technology teams to deliver transparency and visibility for key outcomes.

- Able to foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process as applicable, facilitate discussions and manage escalations

- Strong experience in Change Management of large digital transformation projects/ programs across enterprise functions globally

- Some experience around Product management is a great add-on

Functional Experience (Either of the below)

- Digital/IT Product and Project deployment experience

- Data and Analytics-Data Management

- Sales, Marketing, Customer & Pricing Analytics

- Supply chain and Operations Analytics

- Good Understanding of SCRUM and AGILE is a must

- Procurement , Logistics & Warehousing

- Docusign , Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

- R&D Experience

Academic Credential

MBA mandatory. Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred

- Business facing communication is critical for this role, excellent communication skills as she/he will be working with senior business stakeholders (Director/VP) and leadership teams

- Extremely good with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
