Experience
- Min. of years of experience in managing large end to end IT Projects or programs (portfolio of projects) including project/program planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management & Delivery/Implementation management
- Experience in global deployment and industrialization of a Product is a must.
- Experience of delivering complex programs in a multi-vendor setup with multiple business partners and stakeholder alignment & management
- Experience of creating & tracking a plan to deliver the program goals focusing on unlocking business value, Raising risks on time and concise and clear communication across stakeholders and teams
- Experience of managing dependencies across platform and technology teams to deliver transparency and visibility for key outcomes.
- Able to foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process as applicable, facilitate discussions and manage escalations
- Strong experience in Change Management of large digital transformation projects/ programs across enterprise functions globally
- Some experience around Product management is a great add-on

- Sales, Marketing, Customer & Pricing Analytics
- Supply chain and Operations Analytics
- Good Understanding of SCRUM and AGILE is a must
