EY - Consultant - Finance Transformation - Order To Cash Process

Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced Finance Transformation Consultants with a strong background in Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will combine consulting expertise with hands-on experience in O2C SaaS platforms to drive end-to-end business and technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on O2C and broader Finance Transformation initiatives.

- Lead process analysis, design, and optimization for O2C workflows.

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.

- Bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring seamless implementation of SaaS platforms like HighRadius, Sidetrade, Esker, etc.

- Support change management and adoption initiatives during finance transformation programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong consulting background in O2C or Finance Transformation projects.

- Hands-on experience with O2C SaaS platforms (HighRadius, Sidetrade, Esker, or equivalent).

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, including process design, requirements gathering, and business solutioning.

- Ability to bridge Business, Process, and Technology perspectives effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
