This enables us to provide better advice and ideas to our clients, which in turn help you, develop as an individual to achieve your potential and make a difference.  Job Description for Cloud Infrastructure Architect/ Consultant :  Purpose : The purpose of this role is for scoping, design/architect, various IT Infrastructure solutions working with latest technologies to ensure meaningful solutions are tailored and deployed to EY's clientele of small to large scale.  Responsibilities : As an Infrastructure Architect, the candidate will be responsible for building COEs and solutions on Platform / services to new and as well as existing clients of EY.   The responsibility includes :  - Provide Architectural and technical direction to delivery team  - Gather requirements /future needs from clients  - Understand ITIL Service Management concepts/ processes and able to implement new solutions into the management system of the account  - Advise IT professionals (Project Managers, Architects, and IT Specialists) on tools, technology, and methodology related to the development and implementation of IT solutions  - Regularly participates in overall functional planning.  - Identifies, estimates and presents cost, schedule, technical risks for solution elements, both in marketing and proposal efforts and in implementation planning.  - Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirement  - Build & propose the Infrastructure Transformation Plan  - Provide recommendations based on industry, security and infrastructure trends (e.g. virtualization, private cloud computing, automation etc.), and the standards followed  - Present the solution to the customer during workshops, oral sessions  - Manage & mitigate the risks associated with the proposed solution  - Build & propose the Infrastructure Transformation Plan  - Strong knowledge on Infrastructure concepts on Server, storage and Networking  - Design and planning experience on various infrastructures on Server, storage will be preferred.  - Proven track record of having done customer facing solution defence.  - Capable to independently think, articulate and comprehend customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing solution  - Team player and self-motivated individual  Experience/Qualifications/Competencies :  - At least 10+ years of experience for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related area.
