Project Duration: 6-month with possible extension

Role Description:
- 10 YOE in change management
- Change Impact Assessment: Document outlining how roles, processes, and systems will be affected.
- Stakeholder Analysis: Identification and prioritisation of impacted groups and individuals.
- Communication Plan: Structured messaging and timelines for informing stakeholders.
- Training and Enablement Plan: Strategy for upskilling teams and closing capability gaps.
- Resistance Management Plan: Actions to address concerns and mitigate adoption risks.
- Adoption Metrics and Reporting: Dashboards or reports tracking engagement and success.
- Sustainment Plan: Steps to embed new behaviours and ensure long-term change."
