Role Description

- We are seeking a Change Management & Training Consultant who will play a key role in supporting organizational transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with the OCM (Organizational Change Management) Lead to plan, design, and execute communication and training strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the OCM Lead to develop, refine, and deliver high-quality communication materials, training content, and readiness resources aligned with project needs.

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify target audiences, skill gaps, and learning requirements across business functions.

- Manage end-to-end training logistics: assign training modules, track attendance and completion, coordinate sessions, and ensure user readiness.

- Develop and deliver compelling communication assets such as previews, announcements, newsletters, FAQs, and reinforcement materials to drive awareness and adoption of program goals.

- Create user stories, process flows, and training documentation to support system or process changes.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of change and training initiatives.

- Monitor change impact, gather feedback from stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of communication and training plans.

Must-Have Experience:

- Strong understanding of the Change Management Lifecycle including impact assessment, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and post-go-live support.

- Proven experience in Instructional Design and creation of structured training programs, e-learning content, user guides, and job aids.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence adoption.

- Hands-on experience in Finance and Procurement domain, with exposure to process transformations, ERP implementations, or digital system rollouts.

Skills Required:

- Instructional design and content development

- Building user stories/user journeys

- Creating training material (manuals, presentations, e-learning, job aids)

- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Understanding of OCM frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)

- Ability to translate technical/process changes into simple, user-friendly content

- Proficiency in tracking training progress and readiness metrics
