The opportunity:

Change & Implementation - Business Finance Architecture (BFA)

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team is a fast-growing and high-impact area, supporting large-scale finance transformation programs for global clients. This role sits at the heart of change and implementation initiatives, driving operating model evolution, system adoption, and process excellence across Finance functions.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, complex transformation agendas, and the opportunity to play a leadership role across change management, implementation delivery, and product ownership within Business Finance Architecture (BFA) initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and support Finance change management initiatives, including target operating model (TOM) design and implementation

- Drive end-to-end implementation of BFA initiatives, ensuring alignment with Finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks

- Act as a key interface between Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of large-scale process and system transformations

- Establish and maintain strong governance, documentation standards, and implementation controls

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, decision forums, and change adoption activities

- Support data analysis, systems impact assessments, and transition planning

- Ensure delivery across waterfall and Agile environments, including requirements definition, testing, and implementation

- Lead or contribute to cross-functional and global delivery teams

Role focus areas:

Change & Implementation Officer:

- Proven experience in Finance change management or TOM design

- Strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills

- Strong governance mindset with disciplined documentation practices

- Experience supporting large-scale process or system transformation initiatives

BFA Implementation Lead:

- Experience working within a Business Finance function or Finance transformation projects

- Qualified Accountant, MBA, or Finance professional with 10+ years of experience, preferably in change delivery roles

- Strong understanding of Finance data, management information, and reporting structures

- Experience with core Finance and MI tools such as BFA, FTP, TM1, or similar platforms (preferred)

- Proficiency in data analysis, systems impact analysis, and solution assessment

- Practical understanding of software development lifecycles, including requirements definition and testing across Waterfall and Agile methodologies

BFA Product Owner:

- Proven experience in product ownership or senior delivery management within Finance transformation programs

- Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation systems such as TM1, Saracen, FCDP, or similar tools

- Strong delivery governance, prioritization, and problem-solving capability

- Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and driving outcomes across complex stakeholder landscapes

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels

- Ability to manage complex change initiatives in fast-paced, global environments

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
