Qualification:  - 3-4 years of relevant experience in capital markets, finance or risk management   - Knowledge of US banking (or insurance) financial statements and drivers; US GAAP familiarity a plus (e.g. equity analyst skillset)  - Aptitude/interest to learn and analyze specifics of US capital regulation and regulatory reporting requirements  - Strong analytical abilities (not looking for core QAS skills)   - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio (preferable))  - Good project management skills   - Strong writing/work product skills - self checks work, initial draft is client ready  - Ability to work with directional rather than task level supervision (e.g. create a presentation based on an outline description, rather than specific detailed page by page layout)  Additional preferable skills (not required for all individuals):  - Planning/budgeting/forecasting experience  - Internal controls definition/mapping/testing experience
