About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing professional to drive front-end business transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer-facing functions. The role focuses on improving go-to-market effectiveness, driving digital enablement, and accelerating revenue growth through data-led insights and process redesign.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Acceleration: Identify growth levers and design interventions to improve sales productivity, conversion, and coverage.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support development and execution of GTM strategies, including channel mix optimization, influencer management, and market entry approaches.

- Commercial Transformation: Redesign front-office processes (lead-to-order, order-to-cash) to enhance speed, efficiency, and customer experience.

- Digital Enablement: Partner with digital teams to deploy CRM, analytics dashboards, and automation tools to enable real-time decision-making.

- Channel & Influencer Management: Develop frameworks for channel expansion, influencer engagement, and partner performance tracking.

- Performance Analytics: Build business performance scorecards and track KPIs to drive accountability and visibility across commercial teams.

- Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new operating models and processes.

To qualify for the role, you must have

- 4+ years of experience in business transformation, sales excellence, GTM, or commercial strategy roles.

- Prior exposure to building materials, manufacturing, real estate, or allied sectors preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in consulting or corporate transformation roles will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / Salesforce or similar tools desirable

Educational Background

- MBA / Postgraduate in Management, Strategy, or Operations from a reputed institute.
