Job purpose   - Lead of Analytics vertical of the R&A COE team to work on various Information management & Analytics projects.   Specific Role requirements  - Serve as a location & a group leader and will oversee data acquisition project delivery across all analytics capabilities.   - This role is required to ensure all capability projects follow agreed upon global data acquisition design standards, adhere to all policies and procedures, and deliver cost effective and highly performing Data and Analysis solutions.  - Should have managed large teams with members responsible for designing, developing and supporting descriptive Analytic solutions.  - Should have experience in Analytics solution design, development and implementation  - Analyze and manage large quantities of data and identify trends to provide meaningful insights  - Should have experience in providing estimates for proposal and previous experience in participation of client workshops  - Extensive client relationship management skills for proposals, delivery and issue resolution  - Should be able to manage a portfolio of medium to big projects; will be responsible to meet project objectives and stay within scope, monitor and track progress to plan, and managing team work assignments.  - Adhere to agreed upon scope, timelines, and budgets; ensures successful outcomes through proficient time management and resolution of issues.   - Should have excellent people centric team management skills.  - Experience in Onsite-Offshore model is preferred  Client Responsibilities:  - As a group leader oversee the full project management life cycle for the implementation of highly complex Analytic initiatives.  - Ensure client understands the analytics project processes and methodologies  - Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program.  - Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues  - Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators  Experience and Qualification:  - Any Master's degree with adequate industry experience  - Should be at least around 8+ years of experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis  - Should have experience in all phases of project Implementations  - Must have at least 6 years of experience in Data Analysis and Integration projects  - Must have at least 6 years of experience in managing projects and teams  - Excellent business communication, Consulting, Quality process skills  - Excellent Consulting Skills  Your people responsibilities (For People Leading Roles)  - Should have excellent people centric team management skills and conduct performance reviews  - Building a quality culture  - Manage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies  - Foster teamwork and lead by example  - Training and mentoring of project resources  Additional Skills requirements  - Experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance  - Prior Client facing skills  - Prior onsite experience is a plus  - Should have engaged in client interactions, participating in business workshops
