
Position: Assistant Manager - Talent Development & Organization Development
Role:
The Assistant Manager will be a key contributor within the People Capability and Strategy COE, supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design and implementation of talent development and organization development initiatives aligned to firm-wide priorities.
- Translate defined talent strategies and frameworks into well-structured programs, tools, and interventions.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance career agility, internal mobility, role clarity, and employee experience.
- Support end-to-end execution of talent programs, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in developing toolkits, communication material, and enablement resources for leaders, counselors, and employees.
- Support EVP activation through storytelling, employee touchpoints, and collaboration with communications teams.
- Play an active role in change enablement by supporting rollout plans, adoption tracking.
- Track program metrics, prepare insights, and support reporting for leadership reviews.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development, HR COE, or related roles, with a large multinational organization.
- Exposure to career frameworks, OD interventions, change management
- Hands-on experience in program coordination and execution
