Working closely with the Senior Management in the integration and formulation of corporate strategy by providing dynamic support to achieve growth strategy and drive an extremely efficient operational plan. 2. Should have the ability for deploying divisional strategy plans, creating, and executing against the continuous-improvement vision and developing leadership capabilities throughout the organization. 4.
