Job Title: Digital Marketer

Purpose: Scaling high-quality inbound demand by driving performance across paid, organic, and conversion-focused digital channels, while ensuring strong funnel efficiency and ROI.

Your mission:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Drive qualified inbound leads aligned with sales and revenue goals.

- Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

- Own SEO and organic growth initiatives in collaboration with the content writer.

- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Monitor, analyses, and report on key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, content, and design teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

You should have:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or EdTech environment.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta experience is a plus).

- Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead qualification, and conversion optimisation.

- Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.

- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Good if you have:

- Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or technology-led organizations.

- Exposure to SEO, marketing automation, or CRM platforms.

- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage startups.
