- We are looking for a meticulous and committed External Auditor to assist in reviewing client financial statements and ensuring audit quality. - This role is ideal for professionals passionate about compliance, audit quality, and staying updated with international accounting standards. Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist in the review of client financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. - Identify discrepancies, errors, and suggest improvements in audit documentation. - Ensure adherence to internal audit policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Support the development and delivery of audit training materials and conduct technical training sessions for audit teams. - Stay current with IFRS, ISA, and other regulatory changes, and help implement updated quality control procedures. - Identify process gaps within the audit cycle and collaborate with audit teams to enhance efficiency and documentation quality. Skills and Qualifications Required: - CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. - 0-5 years of experience in external audit, financial reporting, or audit quality review. - Experience with Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms is a plus. - Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards. - Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively guiding engagement teams
