About the Role

A leading FMCG (Food) company is seeking a seasoned Exports Lead to drive B2B sales with a strong focus on private/white labelling, distributor management, and market expansion across Asia & Africa. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead B2B FMCG food exports (Private & White Labelling) with monthly topline - 5 Cr (~USD 0.6M).

- Develop and implement export sales strategies across Asia & Africa.

- Manage distributor networks, ensuring strong relationships and performance KPIs.

- Oversee sales forecasting (primary & secondary) with high accuracy.

- Drive market expansion, NPD, product launches, and JBP (Joint Business Planning).

- Manage trade activations, marketing spends, and ROI analysis.

- Handle pricing models, value chain analysis, and P&L management.

- Build and maintain strong connections with FMCG buyers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with GM/Director-level stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements (Screening Criteria):

- Delhi/NCR based or willing to relocate.

- FMCG (Food) industry experience mandatory.

- Minimum 7 years in B2B business & sales order cycle.

- Current topline management: USD 5M+ annually.

- 5+ years in sales forecasting (primary & secondary).

- 5+ years in trade activation/ROI management.

- 5+ years managing distributors in Asia/Africa.

- Proven record in market expansion, NPD, channel management & distribution KPIs.

- Experience dealing at GM & Director levels.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong business acumen & financial planning skills.

- Expertise in pricing strategy & market demand analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
