Export Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Export Specialist to handle export operations, documentation, and compliance. The role involves managing export shipments, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring adherence to global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for timely dispatch.

- Ensure compliance with export control laws and documentation accuracy.

- Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.

- Manage LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank negotiation.

- Liaise with internal teams for inventory and dispatch planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Logistics, or International Business.

- 3-6 years of experience in export operations.

- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and INCOTERMS.

- Familiarity with export documentation and EDI systems.

- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
