Job Summary

The Export Sales Manager - USA will be responsible for developing and managing international sales in these key regions, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and expanding the company's global market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in export operations, logistics, international trade, and business development, specifically in the USA markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to drive business growth in the USA.

- Identify potential markets and new business opportunities in these regions.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.

- Manage the entire export process, including documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade laws.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with international buyers and distributors.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements for exports in the USA.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to fulfill international orders efficiently.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trade trends in USA.

- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business delegations to promote company products.

- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management.

Key Requirements

- 7 to 8 years of experience in export management, preferably in the packaging industry.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics for USA.

- Experience in handling exports to these regions, dealing with customs and compliance.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proven ability to develop international business and expand market reach.

- Should have travel to USA when required.
