Job Title: Export Sales Head


Location: Mohali, Punjab


Department: Sales


Reports To: Chief Sales Officer


Experience Required: 14-20 Years


Job Summary: The Export Head will be responsible for driving the international sales strategy,

managing key export markets, and ensuring compliance with all global trade regulations. This

role involves building strong distributor networks, developing high-performing sales teams, and

expanding company's footprint across international geographies


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Business Development:


- Develop and implement export sales strategies aligned with company's goals.


- Identify and develop new international markets and product opportunities.


- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and product

trends.


Distributor & Channel Management:


- Appoint, manage, and support international distributors, dealers, and partners.


- Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and performance expectations.


- Ensure partner compliance with brand and commercial policies.


Compliance & Legal:


- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation

norms.


- Handle legal or regulatory export issues, if any.


Financial & Budget Control:


- Monitor export pricing, margins, and ensure profitability in all deals.


- Prepare and manage export budgets and forecasts.


- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage international receivables.


Team Management:


- Build, lead, and mentor a team of export professionals.


- Provide training and development opportunities to strengthen international sales

competencies.


Eligibility Criteria:


- Strong understanding of international business, documentation, and export compliance


- Excellent negotiation and communication skills


- Strong leadership and people management skills


- Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making approach
